How can i cancel my order?
Cancellation is only allowed before orders are dispatched. Contact us through WhatsApp or email if you wish to cancel, including the order number and essential documents.
How can I buy Schedule H drugs?
To order certain medicines, a prescription from a registered doctor or practitioner is mandatory. Upload your prescription in the provided form for delivery within 3-4 working days.
What if my package is damaged, stolen or not delivered?
If you do not receive your parcel for any reason, please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp. Upon thorough investigation, your refund will be processed and credited to your bank account within 3-4 working days.
